Steel bar grating is a common mezzanine decking choice. Known for its durable and sturdy construction, steel bar grating is a longer-lasting alternative to common decking choices like plywood. It offers excellent light and air transfer through lower mezzanine levels.
Constructed with a series of bearing bars welded to perpendicular cross bars, most steel bar grating features a 1 3/16” center-to-center width with standard 1” x 4” spacing.
