Last updated: May 16, 2024

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted solely upon prior written authorization. Upon authorization, the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on the specific product, many of our new products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Please consult your sales representative to learn more about a product’s warranty.

Used goods and pre-owned items are sold “as is.” East Coast Storage Equipment does not make any warranties, express or implied, concerning used or pre-owned merchandise. We encourage our customers to inspect used items before purchasing to ensure the quality meets their expectations.

Limitations on Warranty:

Except as expressly provided in the “Warranty” section, East Coast Storage Equipment makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied. Except where prohibited by law, East Coast Storage disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation: i) implied warranties of merchantability; ii) fitness for a particular purpose; and iii) conformity to models or samples. In addition to the warranty set forth herein, you may have additional rights pursuant to state law.

Prices, quotes, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. East Coast Storage Equipment Company is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect price listings. Contact our customer service department for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Shipping and Handling:

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please state the details of the defect on the bill of lading before signing. Failure to document damaged or missing items upon receipt will prevent the successful filing of a freight claim. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns, regardless of the completeness or condition of goods received. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt to avoid any future complications.

Limitations of Liability:

Except where prohibited by law, in no event shall East Coast Storage Equipment or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to: i) loss of use; ii) loss of data; and iii) loss of business or profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, in which case state law will supersede the provisions of this section.
